Seared Tuna with Wasabi Marinade

| 1⁄3 cup | soy sauce |
| 1 tablespoon | Mirin |
| 1 tablespoon | Â honey |
| 1 tablespoon | sesame oil |
| 1 teaspoon | wasabi paste |
| 2 | tuna steaks, about 8 ounces each |
In a small bowl combine the soy sauce, mirin, honey, sesame oil, and wasabi. Place the tuna steaks in a shallow flat bowl and pour the marinade over them. Toss to coat. Let the tuna marinade for 30 minutes tossing occasionally to coat evenly.
Prepare the Egg to cook direct at 500. Place the tuna steaks directly on the cooking grate and cook for 3 minutes. Flip and cook for 3 more minutes. Transfer to a plate and let rest for 3 minutes. Slice and serve. The tuna will be very rare as it should beMakes 2 servings
