Grilled Swordfish Steak

| :1 | large Swordfish steak, about a pound |
| Olive oil | |
| 1 teaspoon | salt |
| ½ teaspoon | black pepper |
| ½ teaspoon | paprika |
| ¼ teaspoon | garlic powder |
| ¼ teaspoon | onion powder |
In a small bowl combine the salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Prepare the Egg to cook direct at 450°. Brush the Swordfish steak lightly with the oil on both sides. Season liberally with the spice mixture. Place the fish directly on the cooking grate and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until nicely browned. Flip and cook another 3-4 minutes until the fish is firm to the touch. Transfer to a plate and cut into two pieces. Serve with fresh lemon wedges.
