Monkfish Fritters
| ½ Cup | Hanks Crispy Fry |
| 1/3 Cup | Beer |
| Baking Powder | |
| 6 oz | Monk fish |
| 2 | Clove Roasted Garlic |
| ½ Cup | ½ Flour |
| 1 | Egg |
| ½ | Lemon Zest |
| ½ | Leek |
1. Heat 1 litre of Oil for frying to 350 F.
2. In a mixing bowls add your dry ingredients and mix.
3.Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly
4.Form mixture with a spoon and place them in the fryer to cook.
5.Rotate them frequently and remove when floating.
6.Set on a cloth to drain any excess oil.
